**COVID-19: Strategically Planning for Infection Prevention and Response in Schools**

The Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology is continuously taking steps to prevent and respond to the transmission of COVID-19 in schools to protect students, teachers, and the entire school environment. This is stated by the Secretary General of the Ministry of Education and Culture, Suharti, when she became a speaker at the Webinar on School Cooperatives 2022, with the theme of ‘Cooperative Resilience in the Era of a Pandemic and Post-Pandemic in the Field of Education’, Saturday, (6/8/2022).
“The Ministry of Education and Culture will continue to take anticipatory steps to prevent and respond to the spread of COVID-19. [We do this] by supporting the implementation of various health protocols in schools, carrying out vaccination programs for students and education personnel, and preparing strategic policies related to the implementation of the Limited Face-to-Face Learning (PTMT) in all levels of education,.
